the food quality left MUCH to be desired. i found the buffet lacked variety , and the dishes offered were just mediocre. it's disappointing , especially considering the prices they charge. also , i noticed some non-working power outlets and issues with hot water , which weren't fixed promptly, despite my raising concerns with the staff. The room's cleanliness was excellent. all staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. Communication was flawless. the beautiful room on the 40th floor included a balcony and provided a fantastic view. noura and amelia at reception deserve special recognition for their professionalism.
room service felt somewhat below standard. the call button for room service did not connect directly, causing inconvenience. food choices are limited and food sometimes arrived cold.
